Of all the spectacular advances in medicine, science and technology that have occurred over the past hundred years those that have had the most profound impact on our lives are those that have increased the human life span. However, the perception of aging as a depressing downward spiral of wrinkles, senility, illness, and getting OLD persists.
It doesn’t have to be like that. For instance, growing older does not have to be synonymous with ill health. It’s sad, but true, that many people suffer from ailments that are easily preventable, or controllable, through diet and lifestyle. According to the American National Cancer Institute, as many as 35% of all cancers may be due to poor diet, and other experts estimate that at least 50% of all cases of heart disease might be averted by changes in diet and lifestyle. Changes which, in themselves, would greatly enhance both the length and quality of life.

If they gave you the answer to looking younger, you wouldn’t spend so much money with them.
After all, if they presented you with a formula that provided all of the necessary antioxidants, a way to stimulate the creation of an abundance of fresh collagen and elastin, and a method of slowing down the decomposition of your tissues and polymer, then why would you need to buy so many products from them? Skin that has returned to its old form is easy to maintain, but achieving your old form costs money.

While many women take particular care of their skin, the opposite can be true for men. It is rare to find a man who cleanses regularly and takes steps to avoid the look of aging. But male skin care is easy and most would be surprised how little time they need to put into it.
Skin is the body’s first line of defense against disease and germs. Keeping the pores clean will prevent problems and make the skin feel good. Natural skin oils can easily get trapped inside the pores and clog up the skin. This may cause acne and worse infections.
