Here you will find products which will be of great help to you.

If you are overweight, or struggling to stick to a diet,
my book How to Diet for Weight Loss will  show you a great
way to ensure that dieting will be a more enjoyable process.

It is not a recipe book.  But if you would like to see some
recipe books here just let me know.

My aim is to be of service to you.
