Ashwaganda is a small shrub belonging to the nightshade family which includes potatoes, tomatoes, and aubergine. The root of the ashwaganda plant is an important healing herb commonly used in the treatment of arthritis in the Ayurveda, the traditional herbal medicine of India.

Treat your skin kindly.  No soap on the face. Use Moisturising cream to cleanse, wipe it off, repeat and leave thin film on your face after second application. Keep the rest of your body well moisturized too, particularly elbows.
