How can you achieve maximum health as you age?

Of all the spectacular advances in medicine, science and technology that have occurred over the past hundred years those that have had the most profound impact on our lives are those that have increased the human life span. However, the perception of aging as a depressing downward spiral of wrinkles, senility, illness, and getting OLD persists.

It doesn’t have to be like that. For instance, growing older does not have to be synonymous with ill health.  It’s sad, but true, that many people suffer from ailments that are easily preventable, or controllable, through diet and lifestyle. According to the American National Cancer Institute, as many as 35% of all cancers may be due to poor diet, and other experts estimate that at least 50% of all cases of heart disease might be averted by changes in diet and lifestyle. Changes which, in themselves, would greatly enhance both the length and quality of life.

Slow Down Aging With RevUp31

As time goes on and we creep up in age, our bodies begin to change and what I like to call the ripening stage has come and gone. It can be a sad and depressing for most of us when all we know about our bodies and our limits becomes a thing of the past and old age starts taking control. Diets have to change to accommodate high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Life style habits such as smoking and drinking seem way more deadly than when we were in our twenties. Well you should because that is a true statement and has been for several years now. The questions is, how can humans consume this chemical that triggers the gene safely and will it work? Healthy living: Answers to Your Deepest Darkest Health Questions

Q. Over the past year I have watched 3 of my close friends become suddenly diagnosed with a serious illness.
